A new study proves: CAS CRM is the CRM solution with the highest customer satisfaction. The results reflect the pioneering role that CAS Software has adopted in the CRM market.

In terms of customer satisfaction CAS CRM has once again taken the lead. Customers awarded top marks to CAS CRM in particular in the area of key criteria such as functionality, customizability and flexibility. Other factors like suitability for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), practicability and easy access to local CAS partners and project management all scored top marks, too.

CAS CRM makes a compelling case with Customer Centricity
Throughout the study CAS CRM was rated consistently with good marks. The average score of 1.8 for all 39 criteria indicates that CAS Software is clearly ahead of the rest of the field with respect to customer satisfaction.

More than 200 SMEs participated in the survey
The study "Applied CRM 2017/2018, Customer satisfaction, benefits & perspectives" was conducted in cooperation with: The Institute for Industrial Management (FIR) at the RWTH Aachen University, Schwetz Consulting and Trovarit AG. For this study around 200 SMEs were interviewed about their satisfaction, benefits and further development of their CRM solution they are currently using.
